An overflow crowd was present to witness the launch of the the Upstate Council for Entrepenural Development on Monday evening at the University Center in McAllister Square.  An outgrowth of the Carolina Crescent Coalition, The UCED featured congressman Jim DeMint who discussed the importance of enacting laws that support small business.
