Release – AssetPoint Reports Fifth Consecutive Profitable Quarter

Greenville, South Carolina – May 12, 2003 – AssetPoint, an Integrys company and a provider of asset and facility maintenance management software and services, today reported a profitable first quarter of operations.  Officials from privately held AssetPoint attributed the positive results to an increase and consistent flow of revenue from services and hosting fees, while maintaining a disciplined approach to controlling operating expenses to attain profitability.  Revenue totals for quarter one of 2003 were up 33% over the same period in 2002.  AssetPoint has now reported five straight profitable operating quarters.

“The positive momentum we have experienced for five straight quarters is a direct result from the investments our loyal and new clients confidently make in the product and service solutions we provide for their maintenance improvement needs,” says Harrell Waldrop, president and general manager, AssetPoint.  “We will continue to focus our efforts on offering tools and solutions designed to accelerate a company’s pursuit of best practices in asset and material management.”

“One of these tools is our TabWare OnLine application, which is experiencing an all time high level of demand,” adds Vince Carrozzi, executive vice president, sales and marketing.  “TabWare OnLine continues to be an attractive maintenance system option for companies experiencing budget constraints during this weak economy.  We expect no major changes in this trend in the near-term.”

AssetPoint is a subsidiary of Integrys Holdings, a privately held technology company with subsidiaries providing asset management solutions, manufacturing productivity solutions and information technology consulting.  Since 1978, AssetPoint has been the pioneer in delivering integrated enterprise asset management (EAM) software and services that improve profitability and productivity for the process, manufacturing and facilities industries.  Our primary improvement tool, TabWare, is a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) application routinely accessed by more than 10,000 users to manage billions of dollars in critical plant and facility assets worldwide.  The scaleable software solution is delivered as an onsite option or as a fully secure, web-based solution.  For more information on AssetPoint and TabWare, visit www.AssetPoint.com.
