Have you heard about Sharepoint Services, included (FREE) with Windows Server 2003? Microsoft has recently released the second version of its Sharepoint Services groupware/collaboration product as an extension to the base Windows 2003 Server OS with very little fanfare and almost no marketing.
The February meeting of the GSP Developers Guild will be a great place to learn about Sharepoint and see how it might fit into your overall development plans for 2004. The meeting will cover installation and administration, as well as Sharepoint’s use as a development platform.
The presenters will be Alex Dresko of Three Point Oh!, and Chris Johnson, a .NET architect, consultant and founder of Thunder Hole Software.
Free Pizza and networking will start at 6:30 PM and is sponsored by TIBA Solutions. The presentation begins at 7PM. RSVP to jwalling@wallingis.com
