TiBA provides the motivation, you provide your thorough knowledge and experience in programming languages, a technical understanding of complex database concepts, familiarity with client-server and web environments, and a B.S. in Computer Science/Information Services or equivalent.
Do you: Possess in-depth technical and design expertise in one or more programming languages including C# and the Microsoft .Net platform. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. Conduct reviews, analysis, and modification of programming systems according to program specifications, including encoding, testing, debugging, and installing. Handle complex application features and technical designs and writes program specifications. Participate in requirements definition and translates business specifications into user documentation. Consult with users to identify current business procedures, clarify system objectives, and review deliverables.
