- Defines, designs, codes, tests and debugs complex, multi-tier distributed software applications with a customer centric focus - Estimates engineering effort, and plans implementation and rollout of system changes - Works with other engineers, QA, Documentation, and Product marketing to design and implement application features, including user interface, business functionality, and database access - Be able to multi-task: design, test, implementation, and project level discussions - Develop product technical expertise - Develop industry technical expertise - aggressively apply state of the industry practices - Act as a mentor to other team members by promoting the sharing of knowledge, tips, and techniques with team and organization members - Focuses on Customer and Corporate needs - Meets deadlines - Sensitivity to the bottom-line - Expected to perform under general supervision. This position will be responsible for working with business owners to define and analyze business requirements to design roadmap and appropriate application solution. Will work with technical team to derive technical solutions to newly defined business processes. Duties also include analyzing, defining, and documenting requirements for logical processes as well as writing and maintaining functional specifications.

Requirements: ·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related major and a minimum of five (5) years experience with a business process analysis role in a technical environment. ·A strong working Functional knowledge with one or all the following application toolsets: PeopleSoft Financials, Siebel Call Center and SQL/Web applications. ·Excellent verbal communications skills as well as strong presentation skills. ·Strong written communication skills ·Must be comfortable working across all levels of management in order to collect data and follow up as necessary with questions. ·Consulting experience a plus.

Job Description The Security Administrator Scope of Position: This is a hands-on technical role that provides security user access control administration and analysis services for users of AIMCO networks, computers, and applications. This position will focus exclusively on information technology security administration and audit requirement compliance. The candidate selected for this position will be information security centered and solutions-oriented with a focus on detecting and mitigating information security problems.

Qualifications: * Experienced in the administration access of applications, databases, and systems privileges. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office products * Ability to perform work with accuracy and confidentiality is absolutely required * Ability to work with general supervision under time constraints to organize and accomplish assigned tasks * Ability to perform in a multi-task environment * Ability to work in a team environment, sharing workloads and responsibilities * Willingness to become proficient in security administration of various application and system software by learning on/off the job * Knowledge of Unix systems and Active Directory is preferred * Knowledge of Information Systems audit methodologies preferred * Basic to moderate knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance helpful Specific Responsibilities: * Administer security access requests for new, changed, and terminated users * Enter user and security information into a wide variety of computer systems and end user applications * Practical experience with the identification and remediation of security vulnerabilities * Adhere to all current security access control policies and procedures * Maintain access integrity of AIMCO applications, databases, and systems supported by the IT/S Security Department * Make security enhancement recommendations as necessary.
