Our December Gadgetfest meeting will also act as a holiday toy collection point for the Greer Soup Kitchen. Since 1990 the Greer Soup Kitchen has been helping to feed and provide inspiration to the Greer’s homeless people. We are asking those who are able to bring an unwrapped child’s toy that the Greer Soup Kitchen will be able to distribute during the holiday season. The Soup Kitchen currently provides over 125 hot meals daily and our December Gadgetfest meeting is Wednesday, December 14, 2005, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
