The message in the media has changed. IT jobs did not all go overseas, and IT jobs aren’t just for programmers and network analysts. Today there are not enough young people in the pipeline for all the IT jobs that will be needed in the next ten years. To address the problem, Blue Cross, IBM, and the University of South Carolina (USC) have created a consortium to grow IT talent, nurture IT management expertise and cultivate related business and organizational relationships.
