Michelin Development Corporation has launched a program to assist disadvantaged businesses through the upstate. With an initial funding amount of 1 million dollars, a new president, and an alliance with Carolina First. The program has already begun accepting applications. In this presentation, John Tully, president of Michelin Development describes why Michelin launched the program and how they plan for their investment to build businesses and add jobs to the economy.
