Tech After Five, a subsidiary of the GSA Technology Council and an organization that is dedicated to helping connect the tech community through after hours networking events, has launched its updated app for both iPhone and Android.
The free app enhances the Tech After Five experience for events in Greenville, Charleston, and Columbia, South Carolina; Charlotte and Asheville, North Carolina; and soon in Atlanta, Georgia, and Dallas, Texas.
One of the app’s new features allows attendees to create a “Top 5” list of attendees they want to meet at upcoming events. The app sends the “Top 5” an email notification that someone would like to connect with them.
It’s easy for attendees to find and connect with the people they have met at past events using the app. Users can also find the next Tech After Five event in their cities and register online, without having to create a user profile.
The Tech After Five app was created by Worthwhile, a digital strategy firm with offices in Greenville and Charlotte. Worthwhile concepted and designed the app from the beginning with Tech after Five, and now is proud to release version 2.0.
Tech After Five and Worthwhile team members will present the new app at upcoming Tech After Five events, including September 11 in Charlotte and September 19 in Greenville. For more information on these and other Tech After Five events, visit the Tech After Five website. For more on Worthwhile, visit the Worthwhile website.
The updated Tech After Five app is now available in the iOS App Store and the Google Play store. Download it at the Ta5 App website.
