Acumen has hired Jeff Finley as a Solutions Consultant and Cliff Huxster as Team Lead Engineer. Finley will focus on delivering comprehensive IT solutions to small- and medium-sized businesses. Huxster will lead a new engineering team and will be responsible for all aspects of project management, including new installations, migrations, and client service. Both Finley and Huxster will play key roles in helping clients across the Upstate obtain more secure, robust, and scalable networks.
Finley comes to Acumen from Synnex Corporation where he developed and executed reseller programs based on hardware and software-based security solutions. He also served as a sales executive for Cornerstone Communications and Digital-DNS, Inc. and Network Services Division Manager at TPM. Finley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Lander College.
Prior to joining Acumen, Huxster was Network Manager at Heinemann Publishing where he was responsible for all network services and operations for the New Hampshire-based publisher. While at Heinemann, Huxster focused on supporting the Heinemann staff in the publishing of professional development resources for teachers in the primary school K-12 arena. He was promoted through several IT positions, being recognized for significant contributions in supporting Heinemann’s rapid growth. Huxster holds a degree in Electronics Engineering, two MCSEs, and a current CCNA certification.
