The Upstate Carolina Linux Users Group (UCLUG) is bringing Red Hat community relations manager Greg DeKoenigsberg to its February 13th meeting at the downtown Greenville Public Library beginning at 6:30pm. Greg DeKoenigsberg will be discussing and showing off one of the units from the One Laptop Per Child Program. The Greenville Linux Users Group will be learning all about SAN’s NAS’ and iSCSI at their meeting on January 9th. Don’t know what any of this is? Never fear, this will be the right place to be. Presenter David Nalley will discuss Storage Area Networks, Network Attached Storage, and the iSCSI interface that lets applications write to them.
